Healnoc ELL-200M is a medical LED cold light source designed to provide bright, safe illumination for endoscopic clinical procedures. It’s typically used alongside endoscopes and imaging systems for enhanced visualization during minimally invasive diagnostics and surgery.

·         LED Light Source: Uses a white LED array as the illumination source, providing bright, stable illumination with minimal heat output at the endoscope tip — essential for patient safety.

·         Cold Light (Low Heat): Designed to produce high-quality visible light without significant infrared or thermal radiation, reducing risk of tissue heating and scope damage.

·         ICG/NIR Support:
Includes a near-infrared (NIR) laser segment (LD semiconductor laser) that can serve as an excitation source for ICG (indocyanine green) fluorescence imaging, when paired with a compatible NIR/ICG video processor.

·         Brightness Control:
Light output is controlled via a connected Healnoc NIR/ICG Image Processing System (i.e., the processor controls brightness and mode).

·         Safety Interlock:
Light output automatically stops when the fiber-optic light cable is unplugged — a safety feature to prevent accidental light exposure.

·         Performance:
Stable performance, low power consumption, and a long LED life are fundamental design goals.

It is used as the primary illumination source in endoscopic systems, including:

·         General endoscopy (GI, respiratory, urology)

·         Laparoscopy and arthroscopy

·         ENT procedures

·         When combined with a Healnoc 4K/NIR camera and processor it supports both standard and fluorescence (ICG-enhanced) imaging.

Compared with older halogen or xenon systems, LED cold light sources generally offer:

·         �� Very low heat at the endoscope tip (better patient safety)

·         �� Consistent output over time (no warm-up required)

·         �� Much longer service life (often 20,000-50,000 hours in similar LED models)

·         �� Lower power consumption and maintenance
